A: No, the estimate is done by walking the perimeter of the house outside, so no one needs to be home.

A: The appointment will typically take 1-3 hours.
Q: What if I see streaks?
A: We guarantee our work for two calendar weeks. We aim for perfection, and will come back to ensure it in the case of an inopportune visit from a bird.
